Welcome to the SWTRA IT Helpdesk
In order to improve the service that we offer, we have now introduced our own IT Helpdesk system.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
A valid email address or Active Directory account is required to submit a ticket as this will enable the system and our support staff to send you updates and responses to your tickets.
